The responsibilities of the False Creek Community Association include shaping programming, hiring staff, raising funds, accessing grants, developing rental policy, advocating for local parks and ensuring that decisions affecting the community are made at the grassroots level.

Functions include, forms, polls, community calendar for programs and events, newsletter subscription set up and social media connections. It was important to ensure the community’s individual identity and community feel was kept. This was be done by incorporating good simple and clean design elements of colour, typography and an easy-to-navigate layout.
